01 · Summary
Every asset pack sold on aiflow.in is covered by a fourteen-day refund window, measured from the moment the download link is issued. Within that window you may request a full refund for any reason by emailing [email protected] from the address on file. We aim to process eligible refunds within three business days of receiving the request.
02 · How to request a refund
To request a refund, please send an email to [email protected] with the following information:
- The email address used at checkout.
- Your Stripe receipt or order number (it looks like
AF-2026-XXXX). - The name of the pack you want refunded.
- A short note about what went wrong. This is optional — we promise not to argue — but it helps us improve the pack for the next buyer.
You can also open a refund request from your account dashboard under Orders → Request refund, which pre-fills all of the information above for us.
03 · How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. In most cases Stripe returns the funds within three to five business days, but international bank transfers may take up to ten business days to appear on your statement. We do not offer refunds as store credit or as cash.
04 · Fourteen-day withdrawal for EU/UK consumers
If you are a consumer established in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen days of purchase under the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU (in the UK, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), without giving any reason.
Because our packs are digital content, this statutory right is lost if you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you will lose the right of withdrawal once the download starts. When you click “Start download” on the order confirmation page, you will see a clear tickbox explaining this consequence. As a matter of goodwill, AIFlow Studio voluntarily extends the statutory fourteen-day window to every buyer, everywhere, regardless of whether you ticked that box — see 01 above.
05 · Exclusions
We reserve the right to refuse a refund in the following limited situations:
- Abuse of the window. If, within a rolling twelve-month period, you have already refunded more than three separate orders, we may decline further refund requests from the same account.
- Evidence of piracy. If we have reasonable evidence that the pack has been redistributed, resold, or shared on a piracy platform after purchase, the refund will be denied and the account suspended.
- Chargeback already initiated. Once a chargeback has been opened with your bank or Stripe, we handle the matter exclusively through that process and do not issue a parallel refund.
- Bundle deals with custom work. If your purchase included a bespoke service component (e.g. a one-to-one onboarding call), the value of that component is non-refundable once the service has been delivered.
06 · Faulty or misdescribed products
If a pack is materially different from what was described on the product page, or contains a defect that prevents you from using the core files, you are entitled to a full refund at any time — not only within the fourteen-day window — regardless of whether you initially waived the right of withdrawal. Please write to us with a short description of the issue and, where possible, a screenshot so that we can fix the underlying problem for other buyers.
07 · Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank. Most disputes are minor misunderstandings that we can resolve the same day. Fraudulent chargebacks, where the buyer both keeps the files and reclaims the money, will be contested and may result in account suspension and referral to collection.
