01 · Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to anyone who accesses the Service, downloads packs, or submits content to AIFlow. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service by reference. By using the Service you agree to abide by this AUP in addition to any other contract terms that apply to you.
02 · Prohibited content
You may not use the Service, or any pack you download from it, to create, host, distribute, or link to any of the following categories of content:
- Sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualises real people without their verifiable, explicit consent.
- Content that incites, celebrates, or glorifies violence against a person or a group, or that promotes a designated terrorist organisation.
- Hate speech, harassment, or targeted abuse based on ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.
- Deceptive political advertising, deepfake impersonations of public figures, or election-interference material.
- Content that infringes a third party’s copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or any other legal right.
- Phishing pages, malware, ransomware, stalkerware, keyloggers, credential harvesters, or any other software intended to compromise a user’s device or account.
- Content that violates the law of India or of any country from which the Service is accessed.
03 · Prohibited conduct
You may not do any of the following while using the Service:
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, or any security mechanism, including by using credential-stuffing tools or by brute-forcing download tokens.
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest content from the Service beyond what the robots.txt file permits, or use the Service to train machine-learning models.
- Resell or redistribute the packs, whether unchanged or repackaged, as a stand-alone product or as part of a template marketplace. See the Asset License for the full set of permitted uses.
- Share download links, account credentials, or Stripe receipts with parties who did not purchase the pack.
- Misrepresent yourself as a member of the AIFlow team, forge support emails, or run phishing campaigns against our customers.
- Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email, to run denial-of-service attacks, or to relay traffic for botnets.
04 · Reporting violations
If you come across content or behaviour on the Service that you believe breaches this AUP, please report it to [email protected] with as much detail as you can share, including URLs, screenshots, and timestamps. We aim to acknowledge every report within three business days and to investigate substantive reports within ten business days. Reporters acting in good faith are welcome and their identities are kept confidential unless disclosure is required by law.
05 · Enforcement
Depending on the severity and repetition of a violation, we may take one or more of the following actions:
- Issue a written warning and ask for the content to be removed.
- Remove the offending content or pack from the Service.
- Suspend or terminate the offending account.
- Ban the offender from creating future accounts.
- Report the violation and any relevant evidence to law enforcement, a competent regulator, or an intellectual property holder.
Serious violations — in particular those involving child safety — are escalated immediately, without prior warning, and we cooperate fully with the authorities.
06 · Appeals
If your account or content has been removed in error, you may appeal by writing to [email protected] within thirty days of the enforcement action. We will review the decision, respond in writing, and restore the content if the appeal is upheld. Appeals are reviewed by a different member of the team than the one who made the initial decision, where operationally possible.
07 · Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time to reflect new kinds of abuse, new products, or new regulatory requirements. When we do, we update the effective date at the top of the page and, for material changes, notify registered users by email.
