1. Who we are

AIFlow Labs ("AIFlow", "we", "us") operates this website and sells digital template packs. By using this site or buying a pack you agree to these terms.

2. What you're buying

A "pack" is a digital bundle of templates delivered as Notion, Google Sheets, CSV, and PDF files. Once you receive access, the pack is yours under the license described below.

3. License

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the templates for:

• Personal projects, your own brand, and your own products.
• Client work — you may use templates inside deliverables for your clients.
• Commercial use — including paid content, ads, and monetized channels.

You may not:

• Re-sell, redistribute, or sub-license the raw template files.
• Repackage them as your own product or include them in a course.
• Use them in any AI training dataset.

4. Refunds

14-day no-questions-asked refund. See the refund policy.

5. Payments and taxes

Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. You are responsible for any taxes due in your jurisdiction not collected at checkout.

6. Updates

We may update or revise these terms. We'll email registered customers when material changes happen. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

7. Disclaimers

Templates are provided "as is". We don't promise specific outcomes — results depend on your offer, audience, and execution.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the pack in question in the 12 months prior to the claim.
