Why we ship Notion + CSV + PDF (every time)

The single most common pre-sale question we get: "is this just a Notion template?" The answer is no — and the reason is a support ticket from 2024 we never forgot.
A customer wrote: "I love the templates but I run my whole business from Google Sheets. Notion feels like moving into someone else's house."
She was right. Delivery format is not packaging. It's part of the product.
What each format is for
Notion is the daily driver. Filterable database, tags per niche, a fresh page per quarterly refresh so your customizations never get overwritten. Most customers live here.
Google Sheets / CSV is the integrator. It pipes into Airtable, Coda, Obsidian, your CRM, or a scheduling tool without asking permission. If templates feed a system rather than a person, this is the format doing the work.
PDF is the thinker. Print it, mark it up, read it away from the feed you're about to post into. Several customers told us the PDF is where they actually choose — then they fill in Notion.
The rule we won't break
Every pack, every format, one purchase. No "Notion edition" upsell, no "pro formats" tier.
Formats are how a template meets your workflow. Charging extra for the meeting point would be charging you for being yourself — and that's a terrible business to be in.
