Anatomy of a 30-second script that holds

Retention graphs for short-form video all die in the same two places: second 2 and second 11. Fix those two cliffs and a mediocre video outperforms a brilliant one that ignores them.
Every script frame in the TikTok Scripts pack is built around those cliffs.
The three-part skeleton
Seconds 0–2 — the hook. One sentence, one claim, zero setup. If the first frame is you saying "hey guys, today I want to talk about…" the video is already dead.
Seconds 2–11 — the payoff ramp. Deliver a real piece of the promise early. Withholding everything until the end worked in 2023. Now it reads as bait.
Seconds 11–30 — the loop. Escalate once, then land the ending near the opening line so the rewatch feels seamless.
Try the frame
This is the 30-second "receipts" frame — our most-shipped structure across creator and brand accounts:
Six variants, one skeleton
The pack ships the skeleton in six lengths and tones — 15s/30s/60s, each in a "talking head" and a "b-roll + VO" variant. Same cliffs, same fixes, different wrappers.
