Where do I download my pack after buying?

Right after checkout you're redirected to your library at /dashboard. The same access links are also emailed to the address you used at checkout.

I lost my access email — can you resend it?

Sign in with the email you bought with — your library is always there. If you can't log in, email hello@aiflow.in with the last 4 digits of your card and we'll restore access.

How do I duplicate the Notion template?

Open the Notion link in our email or your library. Click "Duplicate" in the top right to copy the workspace into your own Notion account. No paid Notion plan required.

What formats are included?

Every pack ships with a Notion workspace, a Google Sheet (and CSV export), and a print-ready PDF. The Notion version is what most people use day-to-day.

Can I use the packs offline?

Yes. Download the CSV and PDF for offline use. Notion also works offline once cached.

Can I export to Airtable / Coda / Obsidian?

Use the CSV — it imports cleanly into all three. We have a guide for Airtable in your library.

How do quarterly updates work?

Every 90 days we test pack templates against the latest platform behavior, retire dud ones, and add new ones. You get an email when an update drops with a one-click sync to Notion.

Will I lose my customizations when a pack updates?

No. Updates land in a separate v4.3 page in the Notion workspace — your customized version stays intact. You can copy what you like across.

Do I get charged again next year?

No. AIFlow is one-time pricing. You buy once, you own it forever.

Do you offer team or agency licensing?
