We want you to actually use the packs. If you open one and it's not what you needed, we'd rather give your money back than have an unhappy customer.

Eligibility

• Within 14 days of purchase
• Single packs, bundles, and renewal upgrades all qualify
• You don't need to delete your copy — just let us know it didn't work for you

How to request

1. Email [email protected]
2. Include your order ID (starts with AIP-)
3. We respond within 24h on business days
4. Refund hits your card in 3–7 business days depending on bank

Edge cases

• After 14 days: we look case by case — email us, we usually figure something out.
• Bundle refund: refund the full bundle, not individual packs from a bundle.
• Chargeback: please email us first. We always refund — chargebacks just slow things down for both of us.
