Create Tracking Entity

Set up a new tracking entity to monitor website analytics and user sessions.

Tracking Configuration
Configure your tracking entity with a website and optional metadata. A unique short code will be generated for tracking URLs.

Select the website you want to track analytics for.

Optional name to help identify this tracking entity.

Optional description to provide more context.

Optionally associate this tracking with a specific contact for better organization.

4-character code for tracking URLs. Leave blank to auto-generate.

Enable or disable tracking for this entity.

How Tracking Works

Tracking URLs

Once created, you'll get a tracking URL in the format /r/[shortCode] that you can use to track user visits and sessions.

Analytics Data

The system will capture page views, session durations, user interactions, device information, and geographic data for comprehensive analytics.

Session Recording

Optional session recordings using rrweb technology will be stored securely in MinIO for detailed user behavior analysis.
